The Easiest Path To Abduction
In my opinion, the easiest way to get abducted in The Sims 4 without cheats or mods is to follow these five steps:
Repeat until your Sims is abducted. In my trial run, this took me 10 days from the time I started the process until my Sim was abducted for the first time.
I bought an observatory and chess table on the first day, had my Sim join the Scientist career, and worked on his logic and getting promotions until he was level 4. The promotion took me eight Sim days. Getting to logic skill 7 took me five Sim days.

If you dont want to keep the alien baby after its born, you have another option. Send it back to the homeworld where its alien family will raise it instead.
Simply click on the baby and choose Send to Homeworld.
A prompt will ask if youre sure you want to send the baby back to the home planet. If you do, you will never see the baby again, so make sure you really want to do this. Theres no way to get the baby back once its gone.
If you choose Send Back, a beam of light appears and beams the baby away, leaving you with an empty bassinet.

Giving Birth In The Sims 4
Once the Sim has the ‘Pregnancy: In Labour’ moodlet, there are about three in-game hours to go until the birth, unless you intervene to make it happen sooner. There are a couple of options available once a pregnant Sim has gone into labour.
Home birth
With one exception , Sims will give birth only on their home lot. Once the pregnant Sim is at home and in labour, there are two choices: wait the three in-game hours for the baby to arrive, or speed things up by selecting the ‘Have Baby’ option .
Note: You might like to decorate a nursery for the baby before your Sim gives birth however, you don’t strictly need to do this.
Babies are tied to the bassinet objects until they age up into Toddlers, so they won’t need any other furniture until then and if you don’t buy a bassinet beforehand, one will magically appear once the baby arrives.
One painful-looking animation later and your Sim will be left holding their new son and/or daughter. You’ll immediately be given the option to name the baby .
The Sims 4 allows you to pick both the first and last names, though the latter will default to the birth parent’s unless you choose to change it.
Hospital birth
If you have the Get to Work expansion pack installed, Sims have the option of travelling to the hospital in order to have their baby. Once the Sim is in labour, select the self-interaction ‘Have Baby at Hospital’ and choose any Sims you wish them to travel with, and they’ll go there immediately.

This one is where stuff gets difficult, and despite a lot of people saying they do not work I confirmed as of May 2019 it still works with the latest game version. These are just hard cheats to use because you have to carefully double check the numbers.
Get_Sim_ID_By_Name is necessary to use Twins/Triplets Cheats
Use Sims.Get_Sim_ID_By_Name PregnantSimFirstName PregnantSimLastName to get the Sim’s ID Number. This should be like 18 digits long… in the case of the above, it spat out 164109787422808036. Your Sim ID Will be different.
Use the Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count cheat with the Sim’s ID and the number of babies you want to be born. If you want all boys/girls try saving then using the Influence without cheating stuff below .
Now that we have the Sim’s ID, we save the game, then type out the following like this – Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count SIMID # . So for triplets I will do Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count 164109787422808036 3 I found this easier to not mess up taking a few numbers at a time and double checking. So I got my Sim’s ID number then saved and used the force offspring count id 3 to force triplets. I could’ve gone up to 6 babies due to household size.
